COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Your peace of mind is very important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about Kamp Kiki and how we are working to keep you safe, please get in touch and we will be happy to speak with you.

  • What is the current guidance?

You can read more about current government guidance here.

(Use this link for hyperlink: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/covid-19-coronavirus-restrictions-what-you-can-and-cannot-do)

  • If the guidance changes, what will happen?

We are monitoring the government’s guidance constantly, and if the situation for our retreat changes we will make sure to let you know as soon as possible.

If we are unable to host the retreat due to imposed restrictions, we will cancel the retreat and refund participants in full.

  • Social Distancing & PPE

Our events will be primarily indoors, with the possibility of outdoor activities if the weather is good on the weekend. Our activities will adhere to social distancing guidelines, and we ask that everyone please keep a 2-meter distance both for indoor and outdoors, and please note that masks are required indoors, apart from these areas: your bedroom, during meals and outdoors.

We will provide masks and hand sanitiser throughout the retreat. We will provide drinkware, however we do recommend that you bring your own water bottle and/or cup.

  • Symptoms, Testing & Vaccinations

If you develop any symptoms of Covid-19 in the week before events, please do not attend and inform us as soon as possible. Here you can find a list of symptoms from the government: LINK

We highly encourage everyone to take a Lateral Flow Test or a PCR test the day before Humblebee events, and/or to come fully vaccinated. These are not required to attend our events. Lateral Flow Tests are available for free from GP surgeries, local chemists and distribution centres. Find your nearest distribution centre here.
